B.Nagi Reddy is India’s famous Telugu film producer. He contributed profoundly to the Indian cinemas. Some of his produced films include Missamma, Gundamma Katha, Maya Bazaar, Patala Bhairavi and many hit movies on the list.
Yesterday, this legendary producer has been honored with a commemorative postal stamp by Vice-president, Venkaiah Naidu and Governor Banwarilal Purohit. Yesterday was Nagi Reddy’s 105th Birth anniversary.
Apart from the films, Nagi Reddy has also brought a revolution in printing segment. He was the founder of Prasad Process Pvt.Ltd. It is the biggest printing press in South East Asia. For this, he happened to win nine prestigious awards as he brought new techniques in printing posters and banners.
He was a great philanthropist and founded the Vijaya medical and educational trust.
On this occasion, his wife, Bharathi, revealed that they are launching a book called ‘The Legend’. The foreword is being penned by Mr Venkaiah Naidu himself.
