One more insult to TDP MP from the Union Minister

Andhra ruling party, Telugu Desam, is currently facing lot of emotional strain for the state’s development. A lot of promises have been made by the BJP and didn’t fulfill yet. In spite of protests and dharnas, the Centre has stayed apathetic about the injustice made to Andhra during Union Budget 2018-19.

After all this, TDP faced another humiliation from the Centre. Machilipatnam TDP MP, Konakalla Narayana Rao, hosted a meeting with Union minister of state for power and renewable energy, R K Singh. But Mr.Singh ignored and didn’t turn up for the get-together hosted by the MP at his residence in Machilipatnam. MP was not even informed about it.

Moreover, R K Singh visited Machilipatnam to attend a coordination meeting of the BJP. When invited for lunch by MP, Singh immediately agreed and Narayana Rao made all the required arrangements. He invited all his followers, VIPs and party leaders to the lunch.

But, Singh never showed up and left Konakalla and other VIPs in great disappointment.

The reason behind this is, the BJP leaders have already arranged the lunch for the Union minister and told Singh that it was not appropriate for him to attend the lunch hosted by the TDP MP as that would send a wrong signal to the party workers in the state.

Now, this issue will further cause animosity between the two parties.
